At minimum, each Home Plan Plus and Home Plan Unlimited license includes quick access to 2D floor plans and 3D exterior images of each elevation within the master plan set.
Additional Render deliverables may also be provided based on the plan that is licensed. These deliverables may include interior 3D images, video walkthroughs, 360-degree virtual tours and 3D floor plans.

HOME CONFIGURE
Upon selecting a Home Plan Plus or Home Plan Unlimited license, your licensed model will be delivered to you following a brief, MyHomes setup where you can digitally manage all of your licensed Home Plan Library plans.
When licensing a Home Plan Plus or Home Plan Unlimited package, you may utilize the Home Configure service for the duration of your licensing agreement. In most scenarios, the duration of a licensing agreement is one year with the option of automatic renewal for a seamless homeowner experience.
Home Configure is equipped with a stock catalog of exterior materials. These items are unbranded and offer the user over 1,000 selections spanning multiple product categories.
For select Builders FirstSource markets, the Home Configure catalog experience may include vendor-specific products available through your local Builders FirstSource location.

A custom product catalog for Home Configure is not included in your Home Plan Plus or Home Plan Unlimited agreement. However, our team of designers and artists can work with you in a separate statement of work (SOW) to develop a custom catalog experience, reflecting your exact build materials. Please note, a separate fee applies for custom catalog development.
Home Configure is hosted by Paradigm and can be made accessible to users through a unique URL. Inspiration links can be made public to all users through a button on your website, or customer-specific models can be shared directly with a specific homebuyer customer using the ‘Homeowner Link’ function.
Yes, Home Configure allows users to both save and share their configured homes. In addition, a user can access a saved home at a later date, with the ability to make further modifications to their configured design.
Home Configure is fully responsive, meaning it will work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Please note, Home Configure is not available for offline use.
RENDER
Upon selecting either a Home Plan Plus or Home Plan Unlimited license, the plan’s Render assets are provided to you in a digital folder using the email address you provide at the time of license.
When licensing a Home Plan Library package that includes Render, you may utilize the Render assets for the duration of your licensing agreement. In most scenarios, the duration of a licensing agreement is one year with the option of auto-renewal for continued access after your first year.
Render materials included with Home Plan Plus and Home Plan Unlimited are pre-designed for maximum versatility and appeal.
That said, we understand each builder may have their own preferences for branding, design, landscaping, and certain visualized configurations of the master plan set. Home Plan Library customers may request custom Render assets created through a separate statement work.
