This modern farmhouse plan has exactly what you are looking for in a home. What you want is the right balance between open communal space and private space. A house should feel open, but also have secluded areas that allow you to be alone. And a really well balance home will bring the outdoors inside, blurring those boundaries making the house feel like part of its environment.
The open floor plan allows for an expansive great room. However, the focal point for the family will be the kitchen island that seats 7. This will be the gathering point, where meals are made, history shared and memories are made. When more formal occasions arrive the dining area adjacent to the kitchen is ideally sized and situated.
The corner fireplace in the great room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Balancing the fireplace is the glass walls that open the great room out onto the covered rear porch. Large family gatherings can spill out on to the covered porch. Or you can just sit out there and take in a quiet evening.
The events of 2020 accelerated the trend of working from home. Consequently every new home will require a dedicated home office. The Bridgewater does not disappoint in this area. The office is located in the corner of the home with access from the great room and the covered porch. Giving you the right balance of seclusion and availability.
Speaking of seclusion, the master suite will be your private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the world. If you don’t have time to take a long soaking bath in the tub, you can take a quick shower in the large walk-in shower. The expansive walk-in closet tops off the master suite in style.
The second floor is where the other two bedroom are located. It also features a very large loft, which is great for a game room or a media room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom but they both have their own large closets. The hidden gem of the second floor is the 258 sq. ft. bonus room. This area gives you the option of adding a fourth bedroom in the future. Or it could be a home theater, or a library. The possibilities are endless.
The Bridgewater strikes the proper balance between your wants and your needs as a family. You want large areas to gather and share your lives, but you need those private areas where you can be alone. Marketing Materials: Includes at minimum a 2D floor plan showing the plan options and a 3D elevation image for each elevation within the plan set
Home Configure: Includes at minimum an interactive exterior with five positions allowing the user to view and configure the home from all angles
Annual Renewal:
$500 for continued access to the master plan set delivered at the time of first license
$1500 for continued access to the marketing materials and Home Configure
HOME PLAN UNLIMITED
The most flexible Home Plan Library package delivers the greatest value to a builder who needs access to versatile plan sets with minimal effort or cost.
Home Plan Unlimited licenses allow you access to the plan master set in addition to one solved set of plans including:

• Dimensioned floor plan
• Foundation plan
• Roof plan

Increase the level of detail for your build by utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. Using the 3D model and additional details that you provide (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.), experience your home in full 3D while identifying specific collision points, examining the model for cost savings, and other strategies for shortening the build time and cost.
Available with a separate statement of work, BIM Coordination is a service provided by Paradigm. Cost varies based on BIM complexity and customer’s requests.
MARKETING
In addition to marketing assets provided as part of Home Plan Plus and Home Plan Unlimited, request customized renderings including video walkthrough tours, virtual tours, 3D images and more complete with the specific design directions that you provide.
